The improvements consist in replacing the conventional shaping nozzles, with planetary movement, located at the exit from the guide roller 1 of the machine, with a drum 4, which is grooved, laminar and approximately semicylindrical, finished off at its ends with discs 5 in which are the shafts 6 for its rotation, and for receiving the rotary movement, said drum being provided on its front edge with a plurality of deep angular notches 8, coinciding in terms of number and position with the grooves 2 of the guide disc 1 and said drum 4 being tangential with respect to the upper edge of a crossmember 9 located immediately after said drum and provided with spikes 10 which in turn coincide also in terms of position with the notches 8, in such a manner that the drum 4 acts as shearing device and the crossmember 9 as die (striking plate) for cutting the lengths of bread-making dough which arrive in this area of the machine after shaping inside the aforesaid drum of corresponding "lazos" or "rosquillas". <IMAGE>
