PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting module capable of enhancing color rendering property and reducing generation of brightness unevenness.SOLUTION: A light-emitting module 16 includes a substrate 33 and a plurality of light-emitting elements 34 mounted on the substrate 33. The plurality of light-emitting elements 34 are mounted along a plurality of light-emitting element columns 38a, 38b and 38c arranged in a concentric circular manner with different diameters. Light emission spectra of the light emitting elements 34 of each of the light-emitting element columns 38a, 38b and 38c are the same with each other. Light emission spectra of the light emitting elements 34 of neighboring light-emitting element columns 38a, 38b and 38c are different from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
