The device generates R2MFC,DTMF,CCT and audible tone signals with one device by storing the PCM data of the signals into one EP-ROM and letting a micro controller generate the PCM data requested. It includes a clock dividing circuit (12), a microcontroller (9) for analyzing the signal from a controller (2) and transmitting the signal data corresponding to the signal analyzed to subhighway, a time slot selector (13) for generating/applying time slot allocating signal to a S RAM (5), a common IN/OUT RAM for having memory space for exchanging of various signals, and a clock generator (8) for generating/applying clock to the microcontroller (9).
