Anti-implammatory and analgesic cream compsn. contains volatile materials selected from methyl salicylate, dl-camphor and L- menthol. The cream uses polyoxylstearic acid 1-10 wt.% as emulsifier, carbomer 0.1-2.0 wt.% as a viscosity increasing agent, to inhibit separation of cream.
