The valve has a piston (40) connected with fluid body pipelines (48, 50). An inverse flow connecting pipe (R) is connected with sides of the piston. One side of a control piston (56) is connected with control pipelines, and another side of the control piston is connected with the inverse flow connecting pipe. The control piston comprises a closed piston. The piston comprises an axial through hole (52). A hydraulic cylinder is driven by exerting pressure of a pressure connecting pipe (P1) or pressure connecting pipe (P2). An independent claim is also included for a method for installing a bracket.
