The method decreases the exposure time of the object doped inside of panel and prevents lack of time around the contact spot between the panel and the object. The method comprises the ray expoure step which emits ray inside of the doped panel and exposes the object under the ray-emission; the auxiliary ray exposure step which emits ray on the outside surface of the panel; and the diffusion layer which drives the short wave lamp light into the front of the panel.
