The piston for hydraulic brakes, especially for vehicles, consists of a beaker-shaped piece (23) with a base (25) which has a central protuberance (101) forming a connection (100). The beaker-shaped piece (23) fits inside a hydraulic brake cylinder (17) and has a thermally insulating core (26) partly fitting in the beaker (23) and sticking out beyond it and fixed to the beaker (23) by means of the connection (100). A cavity (102) in the middle of the core (26) leads into an outer surface (19) protruding from the core (26) and closed by a wall (104) forming the cavity (102) base. The protuberance (101) runs through a hole (105) in the wall (104) on which rests an axial elastic piece (106) such as plate spring, going through the protuberance (101). |
