<p>The plastic boot comprises a shell with a variable volume (1) having two longitudinal flaps (2, 3) which overlap each other over at least a part of the foot, and an upper in the form of a collar (7) articulated on the shell. Only the flap (3) on the inner side of the boot extends both over and at least partly above the instep. The missing part of the other flap (2) is replaced by an auxiliary piece (6) integral with a covering-over piece (5) enveloping the metatarso-phalangeal zone. Putting the boot on is thereby facilitated, whilst still ensuring satisfactory transmission of the forces of the leg on the internal side of the boot for edge gripping. <IMAGE></p> |
