METHOD FOR DELIVERY OF CYTOTOXIC AGENTS AND COMPONENTS THEREOF

A method for the treatment of neoplastic diseases which comprises: a) administering a therapeutically effective amount of an antibody-enzyme conjugate to the affected host; and then b) administering a therapeutically effecti e amount of a substrate-cytotoxic agent to the affected host, wherein the substrate is a substrate for the enzyme. Antobidy-enzyme conjugates and substrate-cytotoxic agent compounds are also disclosed.
