PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blast furnace ventilation method which can enrich air for blast furnace ventilation with oxygen less costly without using high-cost oxygen produced by an oxygen producing facility or large-scale and expensive facilities such as patent document 1.SOLUTION: By using oxygen absorber a occluding and releasing oxygen in accordance with temperature variation or change of pressure under a high temperature, and by making the oxygen absorber a occluded oxygen contact with air x for blast furnace ventilation, the oxygen occluded by the oxygen absorber a is released to the air x and the air x is enriched with oxygen. The air x enriched with oxygen is just ventilated to a blast furnace or ventilated to the blast furnace after mixed with other air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
