PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave shielding member for shielding microwaves, and a microwave shielding adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: A microwave shielding member 5 is constituted of a heat shielding film 2 and a water containing layer 3 laminated on said heat insulating film 2. On the other hand, a microwave shielding adhesive sheet 1 is constituted of: a heat insulating film 2; a water containing layer 3 laminated on one face side of said heat insulating film 2; and an adhesive layer 6 laminated on the other face side of said heat insulating film 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
