摘要

PURPOSE:To display an optional position only by one specification by displaying data in a displaying rectangular frame displayed on an optional position of a layout screen for displaying the whole data on a data display screen prepared independently of the layout screen. CONSTITUTION:When a position to be displayed on the layout screen is specified by a mouse 102, the specified coordinates are informed from an input control part 103 to a layout display control part 202. The control part 202 informs the coordinates to a rectangular frame coordinate processing part 204. The processing part 204 finds out a range for displaying data from the specified coordinates. The control part 202 informs the display range to a displaying rectangular frame displaying part 2Q3. The display part 203 displays a displaying rectangular frame on the layout screen of a display 301. A data display control part 201 displays the data of the informed display range on a part other than the layout screen of the display 301.
