WIRE SAW

The wire waw of a structure having a core wire coated with a resin to have protrusive metal parts with bead rings at equal spacings is manufactured by a metal form having protrusive collars at regular distances for forming a resin coating of a thickness without any deviation from the core straightness. The core wire passed through the form for resin coating keeps the narrow gap to the face of the collars to allow no deviation under the high pressure of the resin injection. The wire saw having an even coating of resin has longer duration for use.
