The electric dust collector attains the improved collection performance with the increased dusting area. The controller comprises; a discharge member having a protrusive part in the middle of the flat surface and having a number of formed the circular discharge electrodes at the front portion to sustain the horizontal surface like the discharge member (3); the dust collector (8) located on the back side of the charge; an active carbon filter (9) elimination dust; and a dust controller case (6).
