The biological purifier using a rotating disc is characterized by (a) feeding waste water into a rotating disc contact tank by a pump through a sand tank and a flow tank to activate microbes, and purifying the waste water, (b) transferring the treated water into a sedimentation tank, (c) concentrating sludge in a concentration tank to dispose it, (d) retreating the treated water in the rotating disc contact tank, and purifying it in the sedimentation tank, and (e) disinfect-treating the purified water in the disinfection tank.
