The system has a unit(10), a needle(20) having an index(22) and a shaft(24) centred on a principal axis(25) which is transversal to the index(22). The shaft(24) is rotated about the principal axis(25) by the drive(10). The index(22) is mounted so that it is rotated on the shaft around a secondary axis(21) orthogonal to the principal axis(25). The secondary axis(21) coincides with the longitudinal axis(23) of the index(22). The system has also a drive(30) which controls the index(22) around the secondary axis(21).
