The blocks for construction consist of natural stone facing (1) fixed to the concrete block made in two parts (2) of light aggregate (5) with a hollow centre part (7). The tops of each part are grooved (3) for horizontal reinforcing bars. The tops of the edges are tongued & bottoms grooved for bonding between courses. Both faces (1,6) are finished & blocks are workshop cast so that specific types & sizes may be produced. Any decorative facing may be used with variations in aggregate including light expanded clay, glass or polystyrene balls. USE/ADVANTAGES - For exterior and interior facades of buildings. Finished both faces incorporating non-flammable aggregate adaptable construction.
