The equipment for relieving stress pain in neck and shoulders has elastic straps passing over shoulders and folded on frontside of the wearer. The folding of the elastic straps (4) which pass over the shoulders of the wearer causes two loops (5) to be formed. The wearer can then insert his or her lower arms into these loops, and allow them to rest there. This does not prevent the wearer form swinging his or her arms upwards, downwards or to the side.
