The operation monitoring device for a robot, wherein a line is drawn out for checking from a plurality of cables connecting a controlling unit with a driving unit and each measuring device is connected to the lines, thereby simply checking out an error in the job site by drawing out a line from the center of the cable and forming a measuring device on the end of the line, thus operating the robot efficiently.
