Title: INTEGRATED PLASTIC MOTOR END COVER WHICH CAN PREVENT A LEADING-OUT WIRE FROM WINDING Abstract An integrated plastic motor end cover which can prevent a leading-out wire from winding, comprising an end cover body, characterized in that the end cover body is circular, and a bearing chamber is provided in the center of the end cover body; brush holders and brush carrier baffles are provided on the end cover body on two opposite sides of the bearing chamber; each of the brush holders is provided with a brush cavity running through the brush holder, and a spring and a brush can be press-fitted within the brush cavity of the brush holder; the brush is provided on one side of the brush holder close to the bearing chamber, and two ends of the spring are resisted against the brush carrier baffles and the brush; and, a brush lead groove is provided on an upper side of the brush holder, the brush lead groove extends from an outer end of the brush holder to an inner end of the brush holder, and the brush holder and the end cover body are integrally formed by injection-molding; a plurality of leading-out wire guide plates are provided on the end cover body; a wire protective ring is further provided on an outer side of the end cover body; leading-out wire guide grooves are formed on the plurality of leading-out wire guide plates; a leading-out wire can be fitted into the leading-out wire guide grooves and guided to the outside of the end cover body; and one end of the leading-out wire outside of the end cover body passes through the wire protective ring. }14 1,5 |
