The hinge (10) having pivoted elements (1,2) comprises a central body (11) turning on the edge (3) of one of the pivoted elements (1).The central body (11) is turned by coupling laces (40) each fitting in a screw (32) located on the edge (3) of the associated pivoted element (1). Each coupling (40) is formed by a ring (30) from which is fixed a runner (34) covering the head (33) of the corresponding screw (32) which projects on the edge (3). Each runner has a support face perpendicular to the plane of the ring (30) in which are an upper (38) and two side flaps (36,37) forming a slide for runner insertion. ADVANTAGE - Enables rapid hinge adjustment relative to its fixed mounting.
