摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery power generation device that shields a gap occurring in the neighborhood of the top surface of a combustion catalyst portion provided in an exhaust passage, thereby preventing leakage of unburned gas.SOLUTION: In a fuel battery power generation device that includes a combustion unit for performing off-gas combustion in the vicinity of the upper side of a fuel battery cell for generating power, and heats a reformer by combustion heat of the combustion unit and discharges exhaust gas after heating of the reformer to the outside via an exhaust passage, the exhaust passage (20) includes an introduction unit (22) into which the exhaust gas after heating of the reformer is introduced, a combustion catalyst unit (23) for making the exhaust gas flowing in from the introduction unit (22) flow in a horizontal direction, and oxidizing unburned components contained in the exhaust gas by a combustion catalyst (23a) filled in the combustion unit (23), and a discharge unit (24) for discharging the exhaust gas flowing from the combustion catalyst unit (23). The combustion catalyst unit (23) is provided with a partition plate (30) which extends downward from the top surface in the exhaust passage and is inserted into the combustion catalyst (23a) by a predetermined depth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
