A device for automatically rotating rotisserie skewers, including a holder (1) with a front panel (1a) and a rear panel (1b) provided with notches (3, 4) on the upper edges thereof for receiving skewer tips (2). Each skewer comprises a handle (9) with a concentric cog wheel (10a). A worm screw (7) driven by a motor (8) rotates the skewer tips via the respective cog wheels. Said device includes a system for automatically disengaging a cog wheel from the worm screw when the skewer rotated by said cog wheel gets stuck, while the other skewers continue to be rotated. |
