Gaseous flow separator with device for thermal-bridge defrosting

The separator has a leading edge de-icing device comprising a metal blade (38) that is in thermal contact with a separator leading edge (30). The blade extends from the leading edge to a rear part of the separator at a distance from the leading edge such that the metal blade is in thermal contact with a heat source e.g. air cooled oil cooler (24), located at a distance from the leading edge. A secondary flow guiding wall (42) is fixed to the blade by an insulating material. The metal blade is held in place by attaching a rear part (46) of the metal blade to the flow guiding wall.
