PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of flow lines while suppressing inclusion of an initial solidification piece in a casting.SOLUTION: An injection device 1 for die casting includes: a sleeve 30 to which molten metal M1 is supplied; a first plunger tip 41a that has a gap with an inner peripheral surface of the sleeve 30 coming into contact with the molten metal M1; and a second plunger tip 41b slid together with the first plunger tip 41a and provided in the rear of the first plunger tip 41a in the extrusion direction of the molten metal M1. The sleeve 30 has a discharge port 32 for discharging a solidification piece M2a trapped between the first plunger tip 41a and the second plunger tip 41b to outside. The second plunger tip 42b is slid to the discharge port 32 so as to discharge the solidification piece M2a to outside of the sleeve 30 through the discharge port 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
