PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel capable of being provided with a leather coating by relative simple work and a method of manufacturing the same, and a leather coating member.SOLUTION: A steering wheel 1 includes: a boss part 31 that is fixed to a steering shaft; a ring part 10 that is concentrically arranged in the boss part; and spoke parts 32 that are radially extended to the ring part from the boss part. The ring part comprises a ring part body that is a base, and a leather coating that coats the ring body part. In the ring part body, a discontinuous part 14 is provided in at least one location. The leather coating is pre-formed in a cylindrical shape. The discontinuous part 14 is connected to the ring part body in the state of insertion into the leather coating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
