Also claimed is a process where the tubular support material is fitted to the frame and at the fitted cartridge of a surgical stapler, the affected body tissue is clamped with a held section and a normal section between the frame and cartridge, the body tissue is bonded to the woven material of biodegradable and bioabsorbent material, the gripped section is sepd. from the normal section and the stretch material is removed. |
