The invention relates to a process for producing a directly consumable sterile milk pap in a continuous manner, by heating the milk in (3), mixing this milk with at least one cereal product in (4), subjecting the mixture obtained to a second heating (8), degassing the heated mixture in (9), subjecting it to a UHT treatment in (10) and finally cooling it. |
