PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric sensor capable of suppressing occurence of electromagnetic noise resulting from connection between a piezoelectric element and calculating means and accurately processing an electrical signal detected by the piezoelectric element by the calculating means.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric sensor A comprises: a piezoelectric element B having electrical insulation sheets 2 and 3 integrally provided on both surfaces of a piezoelectric sheet 1, a ground electrode 21a integrally formed on one electrical insulation sheet and a signal electrode 31a integrally formed on the other electrical insulation sheet; an electrical circuit 8 integrally provided on the opposite side surface to an electrode formation surface of the one electrical insulation sheet; calculating means 9; a piercing terminal 10 electrically connecting the ground electrode 21a and the electrical circuit 8; and a piercing terminal electrically connecting the signal electrode 31a and the electrical circuit 8. |
