MODULE FOR COORDINATE DEVICE MOVEMENT AND METHOD OF CONTROL OF TRACTION FORCE OF ITS MOTOR DRIVE

The invention relates to the machine engineering, namely to devices providing linear movement of the machining tool with reference to the machined product, and control methods of its traction force when using in high-accuracy process equipment, e.g. during plates cutting by diamond disk tool in conditions of mass production. The technical result of the disclosed solution is reduction (without use of high-accuracy sensors of rotor position with reference to the stator, having high resolution capability and their respective monitoring and control devices) of oscillations of the rated traction force of the module for coordinate device movement at simultaneous increasing of energy efficiency due to power losses during machining at rated traction forces of the plates made of hard materials, e.g. sapphire, and based on this improvement of quality of the machined surfaces by the surface chips decreasing. The technical result is achieved by preliminary recording of the traction force oscillations due to the design features of two-phase linear motor used in the movement module of the coordinate device, by inclusion into the block design of the additional traction force independent from the main traction force and of the electronic circuit ensuring by the additional traction force the compensation of oscillations of the main traction force. To ensure the required quality of cutting by the diamond disk this reduces to the required level the traction force oscillations generated by the motor drive of the movement module of the coordinate device upon significant power decreasing and increasing of energy efficiency of use of the movement module of the coordinate device.
