Cellular mobile radio network mobile station hand-over control method

The method provides control of the handover from mobile stations in a cellular mobile radio network. The network has several spatially distributed fixed base stations allocated to one or more cells, and at least one mobile station. The mobile station moves within the network and is coupled to the network by radio. The mobile station conducts its radio traffic via one of the base stations. When the mobile crosses from one cell to another it transacts its information by a handover from base station to base station. The respective location of the mobile is determined continuously by successive level testing. So long as the mobile location is within one of the network cells, the mobile deals with its information via the base station allocated to that cell. When the mobile moves to a neighbouring cell, it conducts its information via the base station allocated to that cell.
