A can (2), printed and coloured as a standard drinks can, has the base removed and a plastics sleeve (5) inserted having retaining rims (12) and grooves for the can body and for a parabolic reflector (4), holding an e.g. dichroic halogen lamp-bulb (3), and retained by a semi-circular spring clip. The lamp is wired within the can to a coaxial jack (14), or other suitable connector for the e.g. 12v power supply flexible, fixed in the can top. A clamp in the can side allows the lamp to be mounted at an adjustable angle on a support rod (7). Opt., an adjustable support is provided at the power lead entry point. |
