The control signal generating circuit for a low noise block converter of a satellite receiver comprises an oscillating unit for generating an oscillation signal with a predetermined oscillation frequency; a control unit for outputting a control signal; an oscillation signal output control unit having a first transistor which has a first terminal connected to the control unit, a second terminal to a ground and a third terminal to the oscillating unit and serves to control the oscillation signal output of the oscillating unit according to the output of the control unit; a first amplification unit for amplifying a first output signal of the oscillating unit; a second amplification unit for amplifying a second output signal of the oscillating unit; and an output unit for receiving a predetermined direct current signal and outputting the direct current signal according to the output signals of the first and second amplification units or the signal obtained by duplicating a pulse signal with the frequency of the oscillation signal to the direct current signal.
