摘要 FIELD: hot coating. SUBSTANCE: method involves dipping tube into hot zincing bath; withdrawing from molten zinc at an angle relative to horizontal plane; moving tube in transverse direction; introducing apparatus into tube and withdrawing it, with gaseous medium being simultaneously supplied between bar and tube inner surface and tube temperature being maintained at level above zinc melting temperature. Apparatus has needle-shaped bar 1 with guide 9 and drive 8. One end of bar 1 is provided with nozzle 2 having shape conforming with tube inner surface shape. Guide 9 is formed as pipe with recess and provided with funnels 11 and 16 for retaining tube ends. Funnels are interconnected through double-armed lever 15. Guide is further provided with spring 12. Other end of bar 1 is connected with drive formed as cable 3 with pulleys 4 and drive drum 5 seated over end of high-speed shaft 6 of reducer, whose low-speed shaft 7 has drive.
