FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: centrifugal separator has cone-shaped bowl mounted for rotation, with bowl having ring-shaped grooves made on interval surface of cone and cultivators fastened on cantilevers fixed from rotation. Free ends of cultivators are placed in ring-shaped grooves. Cone-shaped bowl is made with slope of bowl generatrix lying in the range of 30 deg. <α< 60 deg. Minimal gap between free end of cultivator and internal surface of bottom of ring-shaped chute 1 is chosen from relationship 0.015 m <l< 0.025 m. Cultivators are made as metallic bars or bands and are mounted horizontally. Innovation can be used for extraction of finely divided (up to 40 mcm) particles of gold. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. |
