FIELD: powder metallurgy, particularly, technology of manufacturing permanent magnets from alloys based on rare-earth metals. SUBSTANCE: the offered method involves successive operations of production of alloy, its milling, charging of powder in moulds, vibropacking of it in magnetic field, sintering with thermal treatment, mechanical treatment and magnetization. Continuous charging of powder in mould is performed simultaneously with vibropacking and superposition of magnetic field. EFFECT: considerably enhanced degree of filling mould which, essentially, enhances the process of productivity of magnet by 30 to 40%; enhanced texture of pressed powder; provision of homogeneous density of products. |
