ELECTRO LUMINESCENT DISPLAY DEVICE

摘要

The device is for improving contrast and for reducing resistance of a transparent electrode. The ELD comprises a front glass substrate(11) and a transparent electrode(12) placed on back of the glass substrate. A metallic thin film of good conductivity is formed around a part(2') corresponding to each picture element(Pixel) of the transparent electrode.
