The capsule (32) includes a connecting piece (34) protected by a cap (39). The bottle (10) is of the type with two compartments separated by an intermediate mobile stopper (18). The connecting piece (34) is conical and enables a Luer-lock type connection to be made with another bottle or with an apparatus for using the medicamental substance obtained after mixing the substances contained in the two compartments.
