FIELD: medicine, immunology, virology. SUBSTANCE: peptides interacting with antibodies raised to hepatitis C virus can be used as antigens in diagnostic test-system, in part, in indirect variant of immunoenzyme analysis for hepatitis C diagnosis. Proposed peptides of the formula Bt-X(I-III) were synthesized by solid-phase synthesis by sequential peptide chain splicing on copolymer of styrene with 1% divinylbenzene. Synthesized peptides react with serum of patients at different degree. Their composition taken at weight ratio Bt-X(I) : Bt-X(II) : Bt-X(III) = (15-30):(3-20):(60-80) provides 100% sera detection on patients with hepatitis C at 100% specificity. Structural peptide composition: X(I): Thr-Asn-Pro-Lys-Pro-Glu- Arg-Lys-Thr-Arg-Asn-Thr-Asn-Arg-Arg-Pro-Gln-Asp-Val-OH; X(II): Ser-Gln-Pro-Arg-Gly-Arg-Arg-Gln-Pro-Ile-Pro-Lys-Ala-Arg-Arg- Pro-Glu-Gly-Arg-OH; X(III): Tyr-Ser-Ser-Met-Pro-Pro-Leu-Glu- Gly-Glu-Pro-Gly-Asp-Pro-Asp-Leu-Ser-Asp-Gly-Ser-OH.
