PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic response system in mediation of commodity trade capable of promoting a user's satisfaction by speculating the user's circumstances after making access to an accommodation provider site.SOLUTION: An automatic response system 20 in mediation of commodity trade is composed including: a search unit for extracting a specific travel commodity from a travel commodity DB21; a first acquiring unit for acquiring first access time; an outside information acquiring unit for acquiring landing result which is information based on an access from a user in a cooperative site 23 for the specific travel commodity; a second acquiring unit for acquiring second access time which is information based on the access from the user after acquiring the landing result; and a generation unit for generating corresponding information based on the first access time, the second access time and the landing result for the access from the user after acquiring the landing result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
