PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle beam irradiating system in which at least one of an irradiation device and bed can be prevented from being damaged.SOLUTION: An irradiation device 34 mounted to a rotary gantry includes a middle casing part 53B and lower casing part 53C. Touch sensor devices 61A, 61B are provided to the middle casing part 53B facing to each other, and touch sensor devices 61C, 61D are provided to the lower casing part 53C facing to each other. The touch sensor device 61A includes: a cover 70A serving as a side wall of the irradiation device 34; a pair of cover support parts 72A, 72B for attaching the cover 70A to a support member 60A to the middle casing part 53B; and a sensor part 76 installed to each of the cover support parts. When the irradiation device 34 is rotated, the cover 70A comes into contact with the bed and moves to the side of the support member 60A, thereby operating the sensor part 76 by a link of the cover support part 72A or the like to output contact signal.
