This semi-membrane is made of a layer of porous supporter on polyester fabric with zeolite(expresson I), adsorbed to antibacterial metal ion, and a active layer, obtained by polymerizing amine solution and halogen solution, above the layer of porous supporter. The expression (I) is xM2/nO= Al2O3 = ySiO2 = zH2O, where M is metal ion, n is the valence of M, x is the coefficient of metal oxide, y is the coefficient of silica and z is the number of crystals. The molar ratio of the zeolite is 1.4-10, and the specific surface area of it is 250-1000 m2/g when being dried.
