<p>An oligonucleotide primer having a nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of 5'-CCCCCACCTCCTgCCCATCAT-3' and 5'-gCCCgACCCCACCTCCACTAC-3' and any sequence sufficiently homologous to these sequences which allow priming of a DNA polymerase reaction initiating from certain double-stranded oligonucleotide 'prinkers'. Methods of use of these oligonucleotides in DNA sequencing are also disclosed.</p> |
