A mechanism (9) is provided for causing the holder (7) and the object (1) to move relatively. This movement involves rotation around an axis (10) parallel to the geometrical axis (5) of the object. The holder comprises at least two parts, of which a first (11) supports the tool (6) and the second (12) is connected with the support (8). The parts against the effect of a sprung, pliable device are movable in a direction (R1) at an angle to the rotation axis relatively to one another under the influence of forces exerted on the tool, (6) by the object.
