The apparatus rapidly and simply fixes the lower die at a lower heating plate so that it can improve the workability and the work safety. The apparatus comprises: a plurality of T shaped recesses(12) radially and equidistantly formed on the lower heating plate(11); a plurality of U shaped protrusions(9) fixed at a side of the lower die(10); a cam(1) assembled with an I bolt(5) head(5a) by a cam shaft(4); a fixture(20) including a T shaped nut(8) combined with a lower part of the I bolt(5), a compressed coil spring(7) and a dish spring(6).
