TERMINATION OF QUICK-CONNECTABLE ELASTOMERIC HOSES

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: termination of quick-connectable hoses that consist of elastomeric and load-carrying shells comprises clutch and end branch pipe with grooves and stop collars between which a load- carrying shell of a hose is clamped. The branch pipe is provided with an inner sealing surface with ring hollows. The outer side of the branch pipe is provided with stud- bolts of a lock. The termination also has answering connecting parts: a connecting pipe and a nut. Between the connecting pipe and nut is a distance spring. The connecting pipe has outer sealing surface with ring projections. The nut has grooves of a bayonet lock. The flexible shell spreads up to the inner conical sealing surface of the end branch pipe overlapping it and is clamped between the conical surfaces of the end branch pipe and answering connecting pipe.
