The invention relates to a mechanical curing press with screw. According to the invention, the press consists of a bed (1), some guide columns (2) secured in relation to the bed (1) by some nuts (3), an upper end plate (4) secured in its turn in an adequate position in relation to the columns (2) by some nuts (5), some lower, upper and intermediary cups (6, 7 an d 8), entrained in distinct stages in translation motion by a shaft (10) having some grooved and threaded regions (a and b) and a head (c) forming an end thrust bearing-type kinematic coupling with the lower cup (6), some rapid ones, under the action of a main driving system (A) consisting of an electric motor (14), a coupling (15) or a direction inverting mechanism (D) with gears and electromagnetic couplings, a speed reducer (16) and a gear consisting of a worm (17) and a worm wheel (18), having a threaded inner boring (d) forming with the threaded region (b) of the shaft (10) a screw-nut mechanism, and some slow ones, under the action of a secondary driving system (B) consisting of an electric motor (22), a coupling (23), a speed reducer (24) and a gear consisting of a worm (25) and a worm wheel (26), having a grooved inner boring forming with the grooved region (a) of the shaft (10) a translation couple capable of transmitting a torsion moment, a force sensor (11) or a force sensing system (C) which, at the end of the stroke of rapidly lifting the cups (6, 7 and 8), controls the voltage disconnection of the electric motor (14) which entrains the main driving system (A) and when necessary the voltage connection or disconnection of the electric motor (22) which entrains the secondary driving system (B) and a position sensor (33) which controls at the end of lowering stroke of the cups (6, 7 and 8) into their rest position, the disconnection of the voltage supply to the electric motor (14) which entrains the main driving system (A). |
