The present invention addresses the problem of obtaining a surface protective film having minimal fisheye, excellent delivery properties (feed properties and blocking resistance) as a wound film, and adequate transparency, and a propylene copolymer composition suitable for obtaining such a surface protective film, and the present invention relates to a surface protective film characterized by having as a surface layer a film comprising 75-97 wt% of a propylene/ethylene block copolymer (A) satisfying a specific requirement and 3-25 wt% of an ethylene-based elastomer (B) satisfying a specific requirement (where (A) + (B) = 100 wt%).
