Laser signal generator(11) converts a picture signal into a laser signal and outputs it. And the 1st motor(15B) rotates a high speed rotating polygon-mirror(15A), mirrors(13,14) and a collimator lens(12) which sends laser signal to the high speed rotating polygon-mirror. And the 1st adjuster(15c) controls the rotation number of the 1st motor(15B), and the beam detector(16A) scans the laser beam and detects the start of the new line. Therefore, by the lens(16B) the beam reflected on the high speed rotating polygon-mirror is focused to reach exactly on the developer(17).
