OSD(On Screen Display) unit of laser disk player includes the microcomputer (54) which controls and outputs OSD, graphic signal and CD signal, the CD graphic/OSD changing part(48) which changes the graphic data from CD signal processing part(44) and the OSD, graphic data from microcomputer (54) by the control of microcomputer(54), the CD graphic signal processing part(50) which deciphers the data from CD graphic/OSD changing part(48) and outputs R, G, B color signal and brightness signal selector(YS) signal, the encoder part(52) which replays and outputs the R, G, B color signal to complex video signal, and the video changing part(58) which changes complex video signal by coupling the CD signal from microcomputer(54) with the brightness signal selector(YS) signal from encoder part(54).
